“The hush of Heaven holds my heart today.” (Lesson #286)
Just a ‘hearts up’… our second annual Christmas Retreat will take place in Colorado Springs at the Franciscan Center from Dec. 1st to the 4th, 2016, which is three full days compared to the two full days last year. It runs Thursday afternoon through Sunday noon.
The Theme: “Christmas, the Healing of the Heart.”
To register, scroll down to “Registration” below:
The Course uses the word “heart” more than one hundred times. What is the heart? Where is the heart? How do we recognize and change the desire of our heart? What does healing of the heart then mean?
Jesus tell us to that to say… “we want the peace of God is nothing, but to mean these words is everything.” (Les. 185) How do we make this the true prayer of our heart?
Come explore with us this process of accepting the Atonement, the true meaning of Christmas, into our hearts as a real and practical healing experience in our daily lives, during this Christmas season and throughout the year.
Jesus says in Chapter Five… “I place the peace of God in your heart and in your hands, to hold and share. The heart is pure to hold it, and the hands are strong to give it. We cannot lose.”
All are welcome, both new and ongoing students of the Course!
